Erin Kirby is spreading a little hope with her new single “Some Version Of It,” a country-pop cut built on bright acoustics and soaring vocals that captures the messy optimism of looking for love. The Georgia-born artist co-wrote the track with Joe Clemmons, Neil Medley, and Aaron Eshuis, who also produced it, blending contemporary pop melodies with modern country storytelling.
Kirby says the song came from a personal place. “Some Version of It might be my favorite release yet. I wrote this song for my singles trying to find love, as a reminder to not give up,” she shared. “I hope this song reminds listeners that they are one step closer to finding their destiny and sometimes you just need to dance it out and keep moving forward.”
The single continues Kirby’s evolution from pop and R&B roots into Nashville’s country scene, where she’s already shared stages with names like Kellie Pickler and Lonestar.
