Flo Turns A Night Out Into Healing On ‘Therapy At The Club’

Flo just dropped their sophomore album, Therapy At The Club, a 16-track project that reimagines nightlife as a form of emotional release. The record leans into dark, euphoric R&B and pop, tracing the emotional arc of a night out from pre-game to morning after, with the trio exploring desire, heartbreak, confidence, and healing along the way.

“For us, the club is more than just a night out, it’s like therapy,” the group shared. “I mean, where else do you feel more understood than in a girls bathroom on a night out, that’s the vibe! We’ve been very hands-on with the writing and creation of this project alongside our very special collaborators, and that’s made it even more meaningful to us. This album represents where we are right now, honest, evolving, and unafraid to feel everything.”

The album was written alongside Amy Allen, Steph Jones, Julian Bunetta, and Boy Matthews, featuring the group’s biggest single to date, “Leak It,” plus fan favorites “Remedied” and “Don’t Break Her Heart.” Flo heads to Asia next month for their first-ever headline shows.
