Jack White doesn’t do announcements the normal way, and “Frozen Charlotte” is proof of that. The rock icon quietly slipped his seventh solo album onto his Third Man Records webstore for presale on June 9, with no press release, no rollout, and no warning. Fans only caught wind because the vinyl listings appeared without fanfare, available in multiple limited editions including a “Zug Island Blue” Third Man exclusive and a “Chrome” variant for the tour and webstore.
The album, now officially confirmed, is set to ship July 10 and spans 13 tracks. It includes previously released singles “G.O.D. and the Broken Ribs” and “Derecho Demonico,” plus the newly unveiled “Dollar Bill.” The record was laid down at White’s Third Man Studio in Nashville, with a tight band lineup featuring Patrick Keeler on drums, Dominic Davis on bass, and Bobby Emmett on keys.
The product description teases the project as “raucous, raw, and frenetic,” and positions it as a direct continuation of the energy that made his acclaimed 2024 album “No Name” such a fan favorite. White, who showed the album’s hand-painted artwork in a recent Instagram post, will support the record on a wide-ranging 2026 world tour, with North American dates kicking off July 10 in Washington, D.C.
