Summer Walker unleashes “Girls” remixes

Summer Walker, has recently dropped her EP titled “Girls Need Love (Girls Mix).” This release marks the fifth anniversary of her highly acclaimed mixtape, “Last Day of Summer.” The EP serves as a heartfelt gesture of gratitude to her dedicated fan base who have supported her from the beginning. The “Girls Need Love (Girls Mix)” EP features five different versions of Walker’s breakout hit single, “Girls Need Love,” which has been certified 6X-platinum. Notably, three of the tracks include guest verses from leading female artists such as Victoria Monét, Tyla, and Tink. As a bonus, Walker also presents an acoustic rendition of a standout track from “Last Day of Summer,” along with the original version, serving as the closing piece of the project. “Last Day of Summer” gave birth to Walker’s multi-platinum single, “Girls Need Love,” as well as the highly praised remix featuring Drake, which climbed to No.2 on Billboard’s Hot R&B Songs chart and entered the top 40 of the Hot 100.
