Katseye just made chart history. The group’s five track project Wild, bows atop the Billboard 200 with 170,000 equivalent album units, the biggest week of their career by every metric that matters. It’s their first No. 1, following a No. 4 peak with 2025’s Beautiful Chaos, and it makes Katseye the fourth all woman group to top the chart this decade, joining Twice, NewJeans and Blackpink.
Right behind them, Phoebe Bridgers is celebrating a milestone of her own. Her third studio album, Lost Weekend, debuts at No. 2 with 118,000 units, marking her first ever solo top 10 and her best sales week to date. Bridgers previously reached the top 10 with Boygenius, her trio alongside Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus, but “Lost Weekend” is proof she can command the chart on her own terms. The album’s rollout across sixteen physical formats, including CD, vinyl and cassette, clearly paid off.
Also charting this week, Stray Kids‘ This & That, slides to No. 3 after debuting at No. 1 last week, with Olivia Rodrigo‘s, You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love landing at No. 4 and Ella Langley‘s, Dandelion rounding out the top five.
For Katseye, the win caps a breakout year that’s seen the group go from rising K-pop crossover act to bona fide chart topper. For Bridgers, it’s a reminder that her solo voice still resonates just as loudly as her collaborative work. Two very different artists, one very good week at the top of the charts.
