Celine Dion Announces Long-Awaited Concert Comeback

The most emotional birthday announcement in recent memory belongs to Celine Dion. On March 30, her 58th birthday, the iconic vocalist confirmed a 10-show concert residency at Paris La Defense Arena, marking her first major return to the stage in over six years. The Eiffel Tower itself lit up to celebrate, with a choreographed light show projected across the landmark as the news broke.

The 2026 shows will take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays, beginning September 12 and concluding October 14.

In an emotional video shared to her social channels, Dion spoke directly to her fans: “I want to let you know that I’m doing great, managing my health, feeling good. I’m singing again, even doing a little dancing.” She continued, “I’m feeling good. I’m strong. I’m feeling excited, obviously a little nervous, but most of all, I’m grateful to all of you.”

Dion was diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome in 2022, a rare neurological and autoimmune disorder that causes muscular stiffness, inhibiting the ability to walk and sing. Her journey back was chronicled in a documentary and punctuated by a stunning surprise performance at the 2024 Paris Olympics opening ceremony.

Tickets go on sale April 10, with a fan presale beginning April 7. The comeback is official, and Paris is ready.
