Tate McRae is giving fans even more to love from her chart-topping album. The 22-year-old pop star announced a deluxe edition of her latest album So Close to What will drop on Nov. 21 — with “a few more songs” added to the tracklist. “We had a few more songs that I wanted to share with y’all to close out the [So Close to What] era,” McRae told fans on social media, teasing that she “can’t wait for you to hear” the new tracks.
The expanded album will include McRae’s newest single “Tit for Tat,” which has already become her third top 10 hit on the Billboard Hot 100. So Close to What, McRae’s sophomore album, originally debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 earlier this year and spawned hits like “Revolving Door” and the dance-pop anthem “It’s Ok I’m Ok.” The Canadian singer also just wrapped up her sold-out Miss Possessive world tour, capping off a milestone year that even saw her earn a Grammy nomination. With the deluxe edition on the way, McRae is closing 2025 on a high note and giving fans one more reason to celebrate.
