A Special Note for Parents. While Groovevolt encourages children
to consult with their parents before using online services, parents
should supervise their children's online activities and consider

software manufacturers that help provide a kid-friendly online environment.

Privacy Practices and Policies. Our server will not automatically
record your name or e-mail address. Your e-mail address and other
personally identifying data will be known to Groovevolt only when
you voluntarily submit them or post to us.
Our Web site gives you the option to fill in personal information
such as your name, e-mail address, street address, and telephone
number. We use the demographic and profile data we collect to tailor
your experience at our site. We do this to show you content that
we think you will be interested in according to your preferences.
Groovevolt may also use personally identifying data to get in touch
with you when necessary and/or to present you with news and information
regarding Groovevolt's products and services. For example, we may
direct e-mail to visitors who provide us with their e-mail addresses
for specific purposes, such as receiving our e-mail newsletters
or notifying visitors who have won one of our contests. Occasionally

information about our artists from our artists. This involves sharing
