| While there are too many tidbits from this past weekend's Teen
People/Sims party at the Teen People mansion in L.A., a few
things that caught the eye. After Omarion (former lead singer of B2K), his
brother O'Ryan, Marques Houston (former hit artist), and Chris Stokes walked
in, the dance floor seemed to liven up. Omarion and choreographer Darren
faced off and then O' Ryan asked JoJo for a dance. JoJo agreed and the two
made way to the floor. Things got interesting when the two left the dance
floor and disappeared for almost 30 minutes. They later resurfaced only to
leave the party hand in hand. Another couple who came and left together was
Lindsey Lohan and new boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama. Lindsey walked in, took a
photo with JoJo and Kelly Osbourne and then left. Talk about cheap
publicity.
Brandy has been the center of controversy lately with her so-called sham of
a marriage, divorce, and now engagement. The singer speaks on a few rumors
in the latest King magazine including her rumored riff between Monica
and Countess Vaughn of The Parkers. "I look back at the Monica
situation and I'm kinda upset, because we could have milked the industry for
all it had with that song. I felt bad with everybody trying to put us in
competition with each other. We could have done the Boy Is Mine
tour... It could have been crazy," Brandy said. When asked about Countess
she responds, "I did an appearance on The Parkers when it first
started off, I was teasing Countess because usually when you are the star of
your own show, you get to sign your name off first, and everybody else comes
after you. We were all getting ready to leave, and she was the first person
to sign her name. I look over at her and said, "It feels good, huh?"
Everything is cool."
