Jive was afraid Justin Timberlake would not promote his upcoming live DVD. The singer had told many friends that he wanted to take a break after the tour. This has changed and Justin will be in full swing throughout November. According to Jive, Timberlake will present at this years AMAs, visit Oprah and perform at this years NBC Christmas/Thanksgiving spectacular. “He’s very excited about the release. I’m sure he will take a break after the DVD hits stores. Hopefully not a long break,” according to Jive representative. The live DVD will also include a bonus CD with exclusive tracks including, “I’m Loving It,” from the McDonalds campaign.

Stacie, Stacie, Stacie. Remember when first saw her on TRL. Many thought she would be the next big thing in music but the singer has been struggling to find an audience. Her latest single, “More To Life,” has made some waves but not enough. Well, now Stacie Oricco wants to go in a new direction. “She has been watching the success of Christina Aguilera very closely. I don’t thing she wants to be as shocking but, she wants to show her sensual side,” says a close friend of the singer. Her record label on the other hand is not happy with the results, “She recently wore a revealing dress to a performance down in L.A. and she was told to change immediately. They are trying to make sure she never grows up,” the source adds. Maybe they are trying to make sure she doesn’t grow up to fast but when all is said and done: Sex sells.

Da Brat has a new job. The artist is hanging onto a string at Arista Records after her last album flopped but she can count on Lot 29. The rapper will endorse the Lot 29 clothing line starting in 2004.
