Beyonce & the girls sued again, Jessica and Nick plan another duet, and
Mariah Carey visits 40/40.

What is going on with Destiny's Child? Recently the group was sued by Terrence 'T-Robb' Robinson. The music producer claims he produced, "Survivor," but Beyonce got the credit. "I know right now I would be one of the biggest, most sought-after producers," says Terrance. According to Beyonce's father, Matthew Rolston this is just another attempt to ruin Beyonce's name, "Three people have said they have either written or did the music or the lyrics were against them," he said. "So somebody has got to be lying." In addition, this is third lawsuit connected with this song. Is Beyonce lying? Is Matthew covering up for her? Is Terrance after more money then what he recived after ghost producing the track? Is this a bunch of crap? Maybe.

How much more can we take of Jessica and Nick? Everyone’s favorite couple could be planning an album of duets. According to a close friend the two have been in talks with Universal and Columbia Records, “They are trying to work out a deal where the album will benefit both their careers,” she says. Jessica released her solo album in August and Nick relesaed his first single, "Shut Up," both projects have failed miserably but their celebrity status skyrocketed due to the MTV reality series, “Newlyweds.” Columbia is planning a re-release of Simpson’s album, which will include two new tracks. “They are tryingto save the album, if not she could be out of a record deal,” says another source. Nick’s new single will be, “This I Swear.”
Mariah Carey may have pulled on a show in front of die-hard fans at Radio City Music Hall but the diva was quite the shy-girl recently at 40/40 here in New York. She ordered one drink, had one conversation and exchange one 2way address…Doesn’t Jagged Edge’s new single, “Walked Outta Heaven,” sound a lot like, “Let’s Get Married. Take a listen and get back to me tomorrow. Walked Outta Heaven | Let’s Get Married.

Paris Hilton was recently seen leaving a recording studio in LA. The sometimes singer is almost six months behind on her debut album... Bobby Brown was spotted at a NYC hotel without Whitney Houston. Isn't he still on parole?...What is really going on with Nick Cannon and Christina Milian.
