in his or her mother was there. Last night at the opening
for Jay Z’s club 40/40 here in New York
security was tight and the drinks were hot. A good-girl
like me enjoyed every minute of it. Jay and Beyonce
showed up separately of course their still on the world
tour, “we are just friends 03.” Even Mariah Carey’s
one time rival Samantha Cole showed up.
Carey on the other hand was at the Pierre Hotel for another
engagement. Friends of the singer claim, “She stopped by
towards the end and congratulated Jay on his opening. There
was no drama.” Guest included Star Jones,
Magic Johnson, Jason Kidd,
P. Diddy and a slew of others. Mary J.
Blige on the other snuck in and then snuck back out. The
singer is in New York recording for her upcoming album.
It was one special event and I wish Jigga Man lots of success.
On the other hand, taping ‘Fame’ was a
waste of time. I mean maybe I was drunk but that show sucks.
I got through the first twenty minutes and had to turn over
and get the shuteye. Debbie Allen is a
great talent but those judges must have ‘wax’ in their ears.
The first performer sounded like crap and the second was
way worst. They should rename the show, ‘Fame: The Jennifer
Lopez Story.’ Lance Bass was cute or is
that Joey?
Is Whitney Houston pregnant? The singer
was scheduled to record her new video, “Love That Man,”
last week and canceled at the last minute. In other Whitney
news the singer was recently snubbed by 50 Cent.
According to the Sun, "I heard a woman say ‘Hi’ to me. Then
she asked, 'You’re not going to speak?' I said, 'What more
do you want from me?' and then turned around," he explained.
"It was Whitney Houston. Oh man! Why of all people was I
rude to her? I apologized." Maybe she had eyeglasses on,
and a blanket wrapped around her head…Have a day of love
and life and warm – ok I give up, these sayings are not
so great are they? See you dolls tomorrow.
