my dolls! I’m back on my daily schedule and I miss
you all so much. This just in, Justin Timberlake
is pissed off with Jive Records. “He is fiery mad.
He has recorded a track with Ashanti and
would like the song to see the light of day but like the
duet with Mariah Carey, Jive is having
a hard time striking a deal with Universal,” says
an employee of Jive. See if Jive doesn’t have a current
album out with Timberlake then all the proceeds will go
to Ashanti (Universal Records) and Mariah Carey (Universal
Records). It is also being rumored that Mariah is still
pushing for the release of their duet, “Yours.”
In other Justin news. His current tour with Christina Aguilera
is off to a rocky start while the show has garnered good
reviews the tour is only 55% sold out. Some insiders are
saying they may have to reduce their concert to smaller
theaters.
Musiq Soulchild seems to have a hard time
making a commitment. It seems that his on and off again
relationship with India Arie has gone sour. “They
were with each other all the time but Musiq could not make
that final step. India is looking to start a family,”
says a close friend of the couple. The two began dating
last year after a meeting of the minds. India Arie is said
to have moved on while Musiq lags behind in shock.
RCA Records may have a problem. Kelly Clarkson
is scheduled for surgery soon for complications related
to her throat. The singer has been performing non-stop since
she won ‘American Idol,’ and if anyone has listened
to her new album then you know screaming is one of her hobbies…Keith
Murray has been dropped by Def Jam. The artist
got into a dispute with executives and made a mess of their
face. No word on where his album will end up…Did anyone
catch Toni Braxton on the Tony Awards?
She slimmed back down after giving birth just last month.
