"…Back then people had a different walk, a certain way of pronouncing things, like "jive-turkey." Foxxy has lots of attitude, and her clothes are sexy – leopard eye makeup, bell-bottoms, rhinestones, and an afro so big she pulls guns out of it," she adds.

While Michelle Williams has released a gospel album, and Kelly and Beyonce’ is working on solo projects as well, controversy seems to follow the group but Beyonce’ maintains there will not be a break-up. "There will always be a Destiny’s Child. Kelly and I have known each other for 12 years, we love each other so much, and we still love performing together. When you’re in a group for so long, you have certain things you want to do that you just can’t do in a group, and that’s where side projects come in. But that doesn’t mean the group is over," she explains. With talent that exudes the norm, and the confidence of a 60 year old woman, Beyonce’ has a yellow-brick road worthy of following.
