DMX was pulled over in White Plains earlier this month for speeding and making unsafe lane changes. He was not wearing a seatbelt when stopped and did not have a driver’s license. Nine days after being stopped in White Plains, he was ticketed for driving his car on the shoulder of the Hutchinson River Parkway in Harrison, New York.
